Anna Silk was born at St. Thomas University in Fredericton in New Brunswick, Canada. She is the daughter Peter Silk - an academic - and Ilkay Silk, an accomplished actor as well as a writer, director, and producer. Anna Silk's father was British, as is her mother was a Turkish Cypriot English expat. Her mother was always watching her perform in play rehearsals. As a child, she appeared in several commercials. In the month of November, 1999 Anna relocated to Toronto in order to further develop her acting career. She eventually moving in Los Angeles, California, during the decade that followed. Seth Cooperman, whom she was introduced to at an Los Angeles actors' workshop back in 2007, became her husband in the year 2009. Anna has since converted to Judaism by then, and Seth Cooperman were married in December 2010 in Fredericton. In April of 2011 the couple renew their vows in an Jewish ceremony. Bo's sex-based romance with Lauren was featured in CNN's top TV Couples ever, and was named the top TV Couple 2013 by E! Entertainment Television.
