Lowell started acting when she played the role in Dangerously Close. She then played a small part on the Robin Williams film Club Paradise. The actress went on to play the part of Bond girl Pam Bouvier (1989), and also the Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross (1996-1996). She appeared on Law & Order's spinoff Law & Order Trial by Jury and was back on the original series in 2022. Before taking on the role she was dissatisfied with her acting career. She applied to New York University's documentary filmmaking program. [4] She took a hiatus from acting in the mid-2000s. Lowell lent Lowell her voice and likeness in 2012 when she reprised her Licence to Kill part in the video game 007 Legends. In 2018, she appeared on TV, as a guest on the show Blue Bloods.
